Frequently asked questions.

All ceramic pieces are completely hand made in my studio, therefore no two pieces will be exactly alike. Unless otherwise stated, the images used online and in catalogues are a representation of the product that you will receive and there may be subtle variances to dimensions, colours or finishes which is the nature of hand made products.

Tableware pieces such as cups and plates are dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended to preserve the lifespan of the product.
It is recommended that you gently hand wash vases, planters and hand painted pieces to preserve any delicate attachments or surfaces.
Avoid sudden changes in temperature (e.g. from cold to hot) as this can cause thermal shock.
All pieces are made from high fired, vitrified stoneware which is durable and waterproof, but as with most ceramic, is susceptible to breakages or chips if the item is dropped or comes in contact with hard surfaces.
