Plateau is an intricately hand-carved sculptural piece that can be used as a display pedestal to hold items such as candles.

Inspired by brutalist architecture, this minimalist piece features carvings around the base, allowing an interesting visual interplay of light and shadow.

It has been hand-formed using grainy white stoneware clay and finished with a white satin look glaze. The top of the display pedestal has been left raw and unglazed.
